Willkommen in unserem wunderschönen Zimmer im zweiten Stock unseres Hauses. Wir sind ein pensioniertes Ehepaar und unsere Kinder wohnen nicht mehr hier. Von hier aus hat man einen großartigen Ausblick auf Slowenien und Italien – und der Balkon ist der perfekte Ort, um Sonnenaufgänge zu genießen. Platz gibt es für bis zu vier Personen: zwei schlafen im bequemen Bett, zwei auf dem Sofa. Rundherum gibt es viel Natur und einen Spielplatz mit einem großen Trampolin. Lokales Frühstück inklusive.

Du wirst diese charmante, einzigartige Unterkunft nie wieder verlassen wollen. Die Sonnenstube unser Frühstücksraum hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Seesicht. In der Hauptsaison sind die Lebensmittel Geschäfte auch am Sonntag offen. Diverse Restaurants und viele attraktive Angebote wie Klettern, Minigolf, Wasserskifahren, Wandern, Schwimmen usw. sind in der Nähe. Der See ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß und die nächst grössere Stadt Villach oder Feldkirchen sind mit dem Auto in ca. 13-15 Minuten erreichbar.

Ich habe mir mit meiner Familie unseren großen Traum erfüllt und das Apartmenthaus Kozma in Bodensdorf am Ossiachersee errichtet. Wir sind ein "kleines" Apartmenthaus mit 2 liebevoll eingerichteten Studio Apartments, nur 150 m vom See entfernt, Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn 5km, genau bei Peterlewand Urlaub mit Kinderbetreuung!!! In Kozma Apartments im Bodensdorf am Ossiachersee wird an wirklich jedes Familienmitglied gedacht,egal ob Sie mit dem Baby oder mit älteren Kindern anreisen.

Kleines Ferienhaus

The holiday home Kleines Ferienhaus, which is situated in Verditz, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

Gemütlicher Urlaub auf einem richtigen Bauernhof

Unser Gästezimmer hat einen Balkon und ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche. Besonders Familien mit Kindern sind uns herzlich willkommen. Kleinkinder bis 3 Jahre schlafen umsonst im Elternzimmer, ältere Kinder gegen Anfrage und Aufpreis mit im Elternzimmer oder im 2.Gästezimmer. Im großen eingezäunten Garten gibt es neben Sandkiste, Spielhaus oder Trampolin viel zu entdecken. Unsere Ponies freuen sich auf kleine Reiter. Bei Bedarf ist Kinderbetreuung möglich.
