Welcome to Romagnano, village in Valpantena, just ten kilometers from Verona. Al Sicomoro was born here, a prestigious and charming villa. Relaxation guaranteed. There is a wonderful luxury infinity pool, with a backdrop that recreates the crystalline sea. Near the swimming pool there is a refreshment area with seating and tables and a terrace overlooking the valley. The swimming pool is located in the garden of the villa and is for the exclusive use of guests, possibly shared with us owners.

Villa Lambranzi is situated in a quiet and green residential area of Verona on the edge of the inner city area and just an eight-minute walk from all the main monuments, churches and museums. It is adjacent to the Adige and is ideal for romantic walks along the banks of the river toward the Roman theatre and medieval castle. The apartment is on two levels, the ground (mezzanine) floor and the basement, of a charming art deco villa with a surrounding garden. The apartment has its own entrance.

One bedroom, two bathrooms flat, fully equipped, provided with a double bed and two sofa beds, it accommodates up to six people. Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family. Amazing single little villa, just totally renovated , located 100 meters from the shore of the lake, stands out for its particular style. Inside there are a living area connected directly to the outside with two sliding doors, a small but well-equipped kitchen, two double bedroom with direct access to the garden (one of which with private bathroom), a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. If necessary 8 places, there is a sofa-bed in the living room.

La nostra villa di circa 135 mq. si trova su un unico piano, é dotata di 3 camere da letto, due bagni con doccia (di cui uno anche per disabili), una luminosa cucina e un ampio salone con divano-letto che affacciano su due ampie terrazze. Garage con un altro bagno e un grande giardino con barbecue. La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).

Dalla recente completa ristrutturazione della Villa e dei suoi annessi, sono state ricavate otto residenze, di cui cinque sono a disposizione degli ospiti.
