This apartment is a quiet and relaxing place to stay; we are located 14 minutes to the Fort Myers Airport and 10 minutes to the I-75; we are close to several malls, including Edison Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point, and Belt Tower, also near to Popular Universities as FSW and FGCU. Not to mention, we are close to Fort Myers Downtown. We prepared this apartment with everything you need for long and short-term stays.

This unit has been updated, including an extended kitchen, granite counter tops, impact windows and doors, ceramic tile and a full bath along with a second half bath. This corner unit allows for outstanding canal views and privacy. Tennis and heated pool are just downstairs. Two bicycles are available. We are located close to three diferentes malls( 10 minutes away from Gulf Coast Town Center, 12 minutes to Miromar Outlets and 15 minutes to CoConut Point). We also have a university campus about 12 minutes(FGCU).
