Robin's Nest on a Canal with River and Gulf access

Our home on the canal is a very special place! We are on a quiet street, the neighbors are friendly, and the canal view will bring a peaceful calm to your soul. You are a short 20 min. drive south to Fort Myers Beach, among many other tourist attractions nearby, like the Edison and Ford Estates & Golf courses, 3 miles up McGregor. There is a Publix, Walgreens, a neighborhood Market 4 mins away, along with numerous restaurants. It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your fun visit.

Modern New-Build Luxury Villa!

This villa, completed in 2025, leaves nothing to be desired. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. House features an oversized heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, 4 fire pits, tiki hut. By arrangement and for an extra fee, the large boat lift can also be used. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without bridges. Pets are not allowed. Every room has a TV and an extra TV on Patio. Gas and electric is not included and will be charged at day of departure.

Also, this lovely place is close to all shopping, restaurants, hospitals, and bike trails. Just a 15 minute drive to the quaint Downtown Fort Myers! Splash and swim in the two pools, hot tubs or work out in the air conditioned fitness room. You may even have the golf cart to cruise to the amenities or the Bone Fish just outside of the gate.
