The backyard features a privacy fence, paver patio with outdoor furniture and outside shower!

I call it my "happy shack" ... 4 houses from the water and the best sunsets in NJ! This classic sixties Millman Cottage has been completely renovated into a happy litte boho inspired retreat space you wont want to leave. Take a sunset kayak paddle, then come back and grill out on the super chill patio, lay in the hammocks, or sit around the fire table for smores!I have two queen bedrooms, and one big beautiful sunroom with a pull out queen sofa. 2 living areas in this little cottage too!

You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). There is seating on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee and an outside dining set, hammock and fire pit. We are pet friendly for an additional fee.
