The B & B is located in Paris' 12th arrondissement, between Gare de Lyon (300m) and the station Reuilly-Diderot. 10 minutes from the Bastille, the Marais. Just 15 minutes from Notre Dame are the Champs Elysees. 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. The building is of recent construction. The apartment on the first floor with elevator, is occupied by the mother who is a teacher and two high school girls. Guests can avail of a double bedroom (de140 cm), an independent bathroom and toilets outside private bathroom. The varied breakfast, the French will be served in the lounge. Wi-Fi. Possibility to rent a parking space in the building.

Chambre privée de 14m², ensoleillée, non fumeur, avec baie vitrés donnant sur une terrasse privée (pour les fumeurs) dans grand appartement parisien. L'appartement est partagé avec la propriétaire. A proximité de la Philharmonie, Zénith, Cité des sciences, Trabendo, Cabaret Sauvage, Grande hall de la Villette, Canal, Parc de la Villette et à 15 minutes du stade de France en transport. Metro et bus à 4 mn Gare du Nord et gare de L'Est à 14 mn Centre de Paris en 20mn WiFi très haut débit !

Room with terrace overlooking the Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre in large 250 m² duplex apartment. Metro 300m away, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées nearby. Quiet and secure environment. We can see the Eiffel Tower from the dining room... Possibility offered to guests of the room with terrace to rent a small adjacent room to accommodate a child over 10 years old (55€/night) Important ... Please pick up the keys imperatively between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm (6:30 pm)

Mon logement est proche de Gare du Nord et Gare de l'Est et il est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Nous disposons de 2 chambres pour 2 personnes avec possibilité de rajouter 1 lit pour une personne dans la chambre Louvre uniquement (+40€). Nous vous assurons notre sérieux et la qualité de votre séjour basée sur une expérience riche de 20 années de location de chambre d'hôte.

Chambre indépendante de 11,5 m² (entrée privative) au 3eme étage avec ascenseur, vue sur un jardin calme. Lit double, bureau, étagères, salle de bains privative (4,5m²) contigüe avec douche. Petit déjeuner non INCLUS. Cependant bouilloire avec sachets de thé / cafetière avec café moulu à disposition.
