One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con due ulteriori posti letto. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der ruhigen Ortschaft St. Magdalena und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Geisslerspitzen, die zum Weltnaturerbe UNESCO zählen. Das kleine Apartment befindet sich im 1.Stock eines Wohnhauses und ist einfach und liebevoll eingerichtet; der großzügige Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Garage. Das Villnössertal ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Bergtouren.
