Auf einer Halbinsel im Helgasee/Småland, mit großem Fischbestand, Wäldern, vielfältiger Tierwelt, haben wir 3 idyllisch gelegene Häuser zu vermieten: Das Gästehaus (6 Per.), das Brygghus (8 Per.), beide mit Seeblick, und das Seehaus (2 Per.) direkt am See. Details in den jeweiligen Inseraten (Gutshof Skälsnäs). Ein Boot mit 4,5 PS Motor ist zu mieten für €50/Tag. Sind mehr Boote erforderlich, arbeiten wir mit einem Bootsverleih zusammen. 1-2 Hunde sind, nach Absprache, willkommen, je € 12/Tag.

This is a spacious house with stunning view, surrounded by the sea and forest. The sea is 50 meters from the house with swimming and fishing possibilities. This house is 102 m2 and it has a big veranda. The house is a 2 floor house. The house offers bicycles, a tennis court, fishing equipment, lifewests, rowing boat, all included in the price. There is also a padel course on the plot that you can rent. There is also possibilities for You to bring your own boat. There is a boat ramp nearby.

Stuga 80kvm med havsutsikt nyrenoverat i Mönsterås

Mysig stuga med havsutsikt på Nynäs innan Oknö.Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende med egen tomt ca 100 meter till havet nära bad och trevliga strövområden. Nära till restauranger och mataffär. Vid dåligt väder har vi ett vatten pallats badhus inne i centrala Mönsterås. Stugan är välisolerad så går bra att bo på vintern där. Nyrenoverade hela huset 2024. Har två parkeringar på tomten så går bra att ta med båt om man ska fiska i Mönsterås viken. Inga fester och rökning inne.

Welcome to Big Fiskarp on the lake Big Sundsjön. In this charming, newly renovated and comfortable house with it's "unlimited" garden, you can enjoy all seasons. A relaxing heaven situated on a south facing hill overlooking the lake, with 75 m to a sand beach and rowing boats. Great fishing and fantastic opportunies to bike and hike in the beautiful forest maybe picking mushrooms and berries. Outdoor furniture and BBQ equipment encourages pleasant evenings with spectacular sundowns.

The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot where you can swim 🏊‍♀️ You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden (3500 m2) to enjoy with your family. Välkommen till vårt rymliga och mysiga sommarhus! Huset är nästan 100 år med massa gammal charm! Privat läge med stor trädgård i charmig by 30 minuter från Astrid Lindgrens värld. Nära bad , vandringsled och vild och vacker natur. Östgötaleden går genom byn. Stora sociala ytor som passar för en till två familjer. Fyra fungerande kakelugnar. Snabbt Wi-Fi i hela huset Husdjur är välkomna I byn finns en mataffär - ICA och en fin badplats.

Large lakeside house

Large house by lake in Småland, 30 minutes from Växjö. Spacious and tasteful rooms and all you need to relax. 80 m to a small beach of your own and any number of great spots within walking or biking distance. 7 km to Braås with good supermarket. Grill and garden furniture. Wood fired sauna in the outhouse. A few basic bikes are there to use as is a rowing boat that is in the water June-Sep.
