The property backs onto a native bush reserve with numerous walking tracks to see the many kangaroos , abundance of bird life and Cockrow Creek. The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

The cottage has been lovingly restored, beautifully styled & fully equipped. Its log fire promises cosy nights whilst the large back deck, BBQ & leafy yard offer incredible alfresco living.

A perfect space just for one, a couple or small family with an infant. Ideal for travellers, short stays, for business people and local vistors. When you don’t need extra rooms to be on holdiays or to rest up and be comfortable. Little Loralyn Studio is a fully equipped small place with a private enclosed courtyard and outdoor area, located across the road from the waterways of St Georges Basin. Well behaved pets or one infant may stay upon request, and when added to the booking.

Ted's Cottage is in Vincentia less than 220mts to pristine waters of Jervis Bay & a 15 minute drive to the world famous Hyams Beach. The key safe code will be sent to you early on the day of your arrival. Free Wi-Fi & linen are included except beach towels. Teds is cosy & well equipped with all your basic needs including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing powder, shampoo, condition & body wash. The lounge does fold out to a double bed. Mid-week stays make for magical, uncrowded stretches of sand, with less of the monopoly that the weekends bring about. This is Sandy feet and salty hair.

Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.
