Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. Enjoy the beautiful countryside along with farm fresh eggs from our own hens. We are located close to the historic Amana Colonies, historic Kalona Village, Coralvile/Iowa City. We're a 25 minute drive to Kinnick Stadium & the University of Iowa/UIHC.

Belle Plaine Bungalow

The Belle Plaine Bungalow is a private two-bedroom home located in Belle Plaine, Iowa. Directly across the street from Anderson Park, it is in a neighborhood just walking distance from the local grocery store, Main Street, and the new Mexican restaurant down the street. There is private parking for up to 3 cars. There is also street parking.
