Welcome! 1/4 mile from nearest neighbor on private road in the woods, Ski Chalet on mountain top, ski in/ski out. Relax in 6 bedrooms, play pool in the loft or snuggle in front of the smart tv in the viewing room. In late spring, summer, enjoy the 28 ft pool, firepit and lovely gardens and sauna. Hiking abounds. Syracuse and Cortland nearby, 35 min drive. Whole house rental sleeps 16 in beds. Parking is at the house. FOURWHEEL DRIVE vehicle to access the property in the winter.

Year-round fun is available with nearby skiing, water park, ropes courses, snow tubing and mountain coaster. Hope Lake is right across the street and open for swimming in the summer. Great restaurants also located within walking distance. Or venture into downtown Cortland or Ithaca. Only 10 minutes from SUNY Cortland! Great spot for visiting families! So much to do!

B&B 44 at Greek Peak

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.

Relax with the whole family at this cozy condo while enjoying spectacular views of the mountain! Two decks allow you to spend time outdoors with a gas fire pit for nighttime entertainment. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and a loft space accessible via ladder with 3 single beds upstairs that makes a perfect hangout for kids! The condo is a short walk to the main chair lift or you can hop on the shuttle which come by every 10-15 minutes.
