A wonderful rustic, private, off-grid get-away, perfect for couples or families who enjoy camping (cabin not a tent), nature hikes, star-gazing, pond. If you automatic book you confirm your understanding of the following: there is NO electricity, running water, or std. bed/mattresses. AWD vehicle is recommended. We do not plow the driveway in winter, you need to shovel off-road park spot, and transport gear to cabin (e.g. by sled, snowshoes) Onsite: hand water pump, outhouse, woodstove, & grill.

There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

B&B 44 at Greek Peak

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.

Country Camper: Hot Tub, Waterfalls, Pond, & Vews

You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our cozy camper. Relax in the outdoor nine-person hot tub, year around. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, chickens and fish you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Whether you are an outdoor adventurer or prefer to relax and get cozy, The Pine Tree Getaway is the perfect place for you. This property is just over 1,100 square feet, was built in 1980 and has been renovated with a more modern feel while still keeping the charm of a mountainous retreat. You will have a stunning view of the face of the mountain, which is beautifully lit at night, from the back deck and the master bedroom.
