It is 3 blocks to the oceanfront beach and walking distance to the convention center, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities of the boardwalk offers. The Convention Center is 4 blocks away. There is private parking for 4 vehicles. There is a beautiful backyard for outside dinners with a large fenced in private yard.

You will be comfortable in this spacious, one bedroom suite. You have your own kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room space with large tvs in the bedroom and the living room.
