The Sportsman’s Lodge is a rustic and relaxing modern getaway with all the conveniences you are accustomed to but surrounded by the gorgeous Back Bay Wildlife Refuge. Enjoy the relaxing countryside at this waterfront property, while still being only a short drive away from Sand Bridge Beach. If you are looking to get away from the standard Virginia Beach Boardwalk tourist experience and get back to nature, this is the place for you. Free kayaking to Back Bay, access to fishing and crabbing.

The Beach House walk to the beach

The Beach House sits on a lake looking out over VB oceanfront. Located in the Vibe District, a cultural hub for artists and spirits, roosters and restaurants, all within walking distance. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hour. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!

Sportsman's Paradise ( Hunting & Fishing )

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.
