Hello! I’m Eric and welcome to my newly constructed, beautiful guest suite located in the newest neighborhood in Hanford. You are just a hop skip and a jump from shopping and dining. About 2 miles from Adventist health hospital. This is a guest suite attached to main house. There may be other guests in the main house during your stay. So there might be noise heard on both sides as both spaces share a wall. Please be mindful of noise especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Thank you.

Watch humming birds bath in our fountain, enjoy large garden and covered patio, enjoy use of our pool stores and dining close by.

This is a STUDIO APARTMENT with its own entrance that is a private part of a custom home. It has a single large bedroom with two full size beds, a master bathroom, a kitchen/Dinning area with electric appliances. It is really a unique place to stay and we welcome your dog. We have a pet crate to make it easier. There is also a picnic area in the yard with a picnic table and propane barbecue. But most importantly, great views of the river below and the mountains to the east.
