Charming, newly refurbished apartment located on the hill of a small and quiet Dalmation village only 200m from the beach with amazing seaview. This apartment, positioned on the 2nd floor of a family house, provides the perfect accommodation for (larger) family and/or a group of friends. It has nicely furnished living/dining room with a kitchen, bathroom/shower, bedrooms and a spacious private terrace. Equipped with electric cooker hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV/SAT, A/C.

Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Penthouse & chill out on the beach

Our house is situated in a quiet place on the beach in Central Dalmatia, just 15 minutes drive from the town of Sibenik. The surrounds are ideal for a relaxing holiday: walking, footing, cycling and visiting beautiful places such as Sibenik, Primosten, Trogir, Krka Waterfalls etc. The house has direct access to a nice pebbly beach (right in front, just 30 seconds walk) and amazing view on the sea. During your stay you can also relax in our lounge space in the garden.

Fyaka Loft Cosy Studio

Fyaka Loft Apartments features a garden with a barbecue and seating area. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided. All apartments are air conditioned and comes with a flat screen TV with satellite channels, newly furnished and feature a kitchen with seating and dining area. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, dish washer, cooking stove top, microwave, kettle and toaster. Whole the units have private bathrooms with a shower, towels and hairdrayer.

The large terrace of the airy and bright apartment on the top floor of our holiday home offers a great view of the nearby sea. The spacious studio offers approximately 65 square meters of comfort and space for two to four people, as the large studio can be separated into a bedroom and living room using sliding partitions. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and air conditioning is of course also available.

The property is brand new and so is all appliances and furniture. Very close to old city 15 minutes walking,or just 5 minutes to most popular beach Hookah beach bar in Vodice.
