Private Estate “De Kleikamp” with swimmingpool

This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. We hope you will feel at home and love the house as much as we do!

Chalet met twee slaapkamers waarvan 1 met ruime tweepersoonsbed en de andere slaapkamer is voorzien van een één persoonsbed met onderschuifbed (bed wordt 180 cm x 200cm), badkamer, ruime woonkamer en schuur, op een rustige locatie aan het eind van een straatje Chalet is voorzien van centrale verwarming zodat in de winter het ook goed vertoeven is in het chalet. Ook voorzien van ringverwarming. In de zomer kan er verkoeling gezocht worden door middel van de aanwezige airco en zonnescherm.

Dit ruime luxe 4-persoons vakantiehuis (2022) staat op een prachtige rustige plek op een gezellige familiecamping in Teuge, met uitzicht over het weidse landschap. (LET OP: Van 20 september 2025- 1 april 2026 VERHUUR VOOR MAXIMAAL 2 PERSONEN.) Er is een eigen parkeerplaats bij het huis en een fantastisch natuur zwembad. Je kan prachtig wandelen vanuit de camping. Er is een mooie keuken en een moderne slaapkamer met badkamer en suite met een groot 2 persoons ligbad en aparte ruime douche

Charmant paradijs aan de IJssel

Dit voormalige boerderijtje hebben we uitgebouwd tot een fijn woonhuis. We hebben een grote tuin van 5000 m2 met voor een heerlijke overdekte nis om droog buiten te zitten en aan de achterzijde een hoog terras met uitzicht op weidse tuin en grote zwemvijver. Achter de heg is er een een houtgestookte 'barrel' sauna . Ook is er een boomgaard met peren, pruimen en appels en walnoten...een geheim pad naar een chalet achter in de tuin en overal een prachtig uitzicht over de IJssel.

De Deelgenoot "Het Huisje"

Het Huisje is een losstaand gebouw op het erf, van oorsprong een kleine stal voor vee. Wij hebben het verbouwd tot een vakantiehuisje met twee slaapkamers, een badkamer, los toilet en keuken. De bedden zijn voor u opgemaakt, de handdoeken liggen klaar en koffie en thee staat er om van te genieten. Beide slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met bedden die zowel als een tweepersoons bed als als twee eenpersoons bedden neergezet kunnen worden.

Spacious rural detached 30s house, near the village and city of Deventer. Large garden privacy, a swimming poo l(from may till 1 oct) , play equipment, directly on the river with canoe (free to use) . Meadows, water, animals, forest, tranquility. The house is suitable for max. 7 people. Downstairs a separate living/bedroom, with additional shower cabin for whom it is difficult to go upstairs.
