Surrounded by olive, lemon, orange and mandarin trees, wake up to a breathtaking view of the sea, and islands! The covered patio provides an oasis to relax with a good book, board games, morning coffee, or a glass of your favorite drink. Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families love my place because of the location, the views, the ambiance, and the people. Renovated in April 2022!

Unser Haus verfügt über 3 im Jahr 2017 sanierte vollklimatisierte 4* Apartments, Pool und einen großen Gartenbereich den jeder nutzen kann. Bis zum Meer sind es 7 Gehminuten, in das Örtchen Ika 10 Gehminuten und in den Stadtkern von Lovran 15 Gehminuten. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte zu erreichen. Die nächst größere Stadt, Opatija, erreicht man über Franz-Josef-Weg am Meer entlang in 6 km oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto/Bus. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen sicheren Parkplatz im Hof.

Comfortable and spacious apartment

My place is close to parks and the beaches, with great views. It is 400 m from the beach! You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the people. Our bedrooms are comfy and each with aircondiciton and TV and I’sure You will enjoy Your sleeping and resting even more! :) You have full equipped kitchen! It is close to mountains and town beaches in Crikvenica.

Ideal family house in the nature for recharging your batteries, there are numerous vine roads, walking and biking tracks, and for those more adventures a horseback riding club and motocross track. House is a 30 minute ride from Zagreb and a 5 minute ride from Jastrebarsko if you wish to go to town.
