Holiday House Ursa & heated pool, 700m from beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Ovaj jedinstveni novoizgrađeni smještaj (kuća je tek od 6.mjeseca 2024. u najmu) nalazi se u selu Vrh na otoku Krku, 5 km od starog grada. Nudi savršenu oazu za odmor i relaksaciju u prostranoj vili opremljenoj svim sadržajima potrebnim za nezaboravan odmor. Vila ima 6 moderno uređenih soba i prima 12 osoba. Iz vile se pruža pogled na Velebit, zelenilo šume, a iz dvije sobe vidi se i more. Prikladna je za boravak tijekom cijele godine s obzirom da ima unutarnji bazen, saunu i "whirlpool".
