This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Χωράει έως και 5 άτομα με 2 άνετα υπνοδωμάτια και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική καθώς συνδυάζει τη θέα βουνού και θάλασσας ενώ βρίσκεται μόλις 500 μέτρα από την εκκλησία του Αγίου Μακαρίου όπου διεξάγεται το έθιμο του ρουκετοπολεμου. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home.
