In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.
