It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or rest from your visit to Waco & the Silo District (25 min), Baylor University (20 min), or Waco Surf (10 min).

If you love FIXER UPPER, the Barndominium is just for you!! Chip & Jo's VERY favorite project, horse barn to chic urban farmhouse, for your girls trip or family. Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck). The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!

The Farm at Shady Acres is perfect for all Baylor sporting events and activities, fans of Fixer Upper, workshops at Homestead Heritage, Westfest and any and all Waco events.

The cottage offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, while being perfectly located near downtown Waco, the Magnolia Silos and BSR Cable Park and Surf Resort. Restaurants, coffee shops and dining are all within a short, 15 min drive to Waco. The cottage is cleaned and sanitized and eager to welcome you.

Tallulah Ann’s - Lakehouse

Close proximity to Magnolia Silos, Magnolia Table, Baylor University, and everything else Waco has to offer. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing (no recreational lake equipment is provided), and spectacular sunset at Tallulah Ann's. This unique vacation getaway will be a place you can share and enjoy with your family year after year on a gorgeous private lake that has a 20' X 13' dock.
