This condo is in a nice gated community! It's 10 mins from downtown and 11 from Magnolia. It has 2 bedrooms and a very large sleeper sectional. You can also enjoy the high speed internet and NFL RedZone package. This unit is also great for families. We have a toddler bed, pack and play and a high chair available upon request. We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Magnolia Market is an easy walk away, or take the free trolley that stops outside. Each loft is crafted with a unique flair and offers a distinct experience.

We took about 6 months off from hosting, but are happy to be offering our place again. Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all.

Gentle Creek House is an absolute paradise nestled in the heart of Texas! Just 30 minutes from Waco, you can escape the city while still being close enough to enjoy all that Waco has to offer. The property features a fenced-in backyard with a private in-ground pool (4ft deep), hot tub, and gym. A small creek runs through the backyard with a deck overlooking it. There is also a propane BBQ grill, fire pit, and a second-floor balcony offering views of the entire backyard!

The Dr Pepper House

Welcome to the Dr Pepper House, one of Waco's most beautiful and historic homes. Built in 1885 by Wade Morrison, the original founder of Dr Pepper, the home has since been renovated in the early 2000's by Christian rock singer, David Crowder. We are located less than a mile from the Magnolia Silos, Downtown, and many other Waco attractions. Perfect for families, you will love all that this charming home has to offer! The Getaway-A Southern Chic Farmhouse Style Home with Pool
