An architecturally designed home in a prime Mount Maunganui location, which is just a minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to the cafes and boutique shops of The Mount. This home offers garage parking and off street parking, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and two outdoor patios. This home is perfect for a couple or would suit a family traveling with teenagers (regrettably no infants or children under 12 years old will be accepted).

A 2 bedroom unit which is below our main house, is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac right across from the beach, within 10 seconds from leaving your door you will be dipping your toes in the sand. Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Swim in the sea and then have a wine on one of the large deck spaces. So much to offer from this beachfront property.
