Seaforth Lodge - Marlin Room

Seaforth Lodge provides great accommodation a minutes walk from the beach. Lie in bed, see and hear the waves or grab your board and head out for an early morning dip in the ocean. Own entrance, ensuite, fast Wifi, plenty of off street parking. Linen, towels, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and crockery provided. 2 rooms with adjoining doors, great for a friends getaway. Not suitable for small children. Kensington luxury hideaway

A complete makeover turns the Old Kensington Store into a great place to come to after a busy day or for a romantic getaway. Opening onto a private courtyard with birdbath and fishpond this fully equipped dwelling has all new appliances, chiropractic mattress with optional Memory foam pillows in a romantic queen bedroom. The second Victorian themed bedroom has two single beds with quality linen. A fifth person can use the daybed in the living area, also with a very comfy mattress.

Owharoa Hideaway

Owharoa Hideaway offers couples a self contained stay in a rural setting. A north facing aspect located above the Karangahake Gorge just a short walk/drive from the Owharoa Waterfall where the most scenic parts of the Hauraki rail-trail cycle-way can be accessed. Modern fittings are used throughout the luxurious semi-detached bathroom that is nestled amongst trees. From the cottage deck survey the Coromandel and watch tui, bellbird, kereru, kaka and more vie for your attention.

The Blue Bach

The Bach is light, modern, comfortable, within walking distance of beach and village. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down over the hills, stroll a few hundred metres to the golden sand beach, or across the common to the village for coffee and shopping. There is unlimited fibre internet, ducted air conditioning and heating, and linen and bath-towels are provided. Please bring your own beach-towels. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest. No smoking, camping, or events.

Our whimsical cottage is perched near the top of the tranquil Waitawheta Valley at the gateway into the Northern Kaimai Ranges. Enjoy river swimming and hiking right from the property or just relax on the deck and enjoy the beauty of the valley. 5 minute drive to the Hauraki Rail Trail and the award-winning Falls Retreat restaurant. 10 minutes drive into the heart of the Karangahake Gorge and Waihi and 15 minutes through to Paeroa or out to Waihi Beach.

Unplug and unwind: Peaceful nights and outdoor adventure await. Perched above the breath-taking Karangahake Gorge, this retreat includes a restored train carriage, cosy cabin and twin outdoor baths. 'The Fat Fish' is a perfect space for couples to chill, relax and enjoy the charm, beauty and laid back style that is Waihi Beach. It is an entire self contained Studio, with its own entrance, private courtyard and off street parking. Centrally located, it is a short 5 minute walk to the Beach, Restaurants, Bars, and the quaint and quirky Waihi Beach Village.

Beach Road Bach

We have created a newly built modern dwelling that is centrally located to the village and our lovely Beach and several great walking tracks. Orokawa and the Trig walk are within close vicinity as are several local cafes and restaurants. This gem is a perfect getaway for a couple’s retreat.
