POOL AREA will be CLOSED *9/8–9/22/25* for annual maintenance. Condo is discounted accordingly. This ground-floor, corner-unit condo is located steps from the pool area and steps from the beach! It’s shaded in the afternoon and has privacy hedges, making the lanai very enjoyable. As a larger corner unit, it features 2 closets for extra storage and a desk space perfect for work or video calls. We are zoned Hotel and are not affected by recent short term rental restrictions
