Harakeke Bed & Breakfast

Our separate and private semi self-contained bed & breakfast is a peaceful getaway. Soak in a hot tub under the stars or have a game of pool by a cosy fire in winter. This property has been built and the garden designed by us over the last 15+ years. We are more than happy to provide transport to/from the various restaurants in the local township of Rangiora, so you do not have to worry about having that nice glass of wine to go with your meal! Just off the Inland Scenic route linking to SHW1.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. As we also have dog boarding kennels next door, we are more than happy for you to bring your furry friend to stay.

Our farm-style B&B is the perfect place to relax in tranquility. Our fully self-contained guest suite is located above our farmhouse offering rural tranquility, privacy, security and a stunning view over the surrounding countryside. Set on 10 acres, we have a herd of fallow deer, sheep and ponds with resident families of wild ducks. We are constantly adding native plants and trees to the setting. We have all the benefits of the countryside - peaceful open spaces, and ready access to the coastline, beaches, forests and rivers of North Canterbury.

Little Haven

A stylish, cosy, comfortable and soothing haven. The living space is furnished with lounge seating and a desk. The bed has a very comfortable mattress with natural fibre bedding. The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with smoothie maker, electric elements, mini oven, electric frypan, microwave, and a washing machine. Rangiora town centre is a short drive or ~15 min walk to cafes/restaurants. Rangiora Showgrounds and river are close at hand and a bus stop is a short walk away.
