The Cottage is a stunning ranch-style home-from-home set in the hills of Loburn, with incredible panoramic views looking across the Canterbury plains to the left and the Southern Alps to the right. Surrounded by beautiful paddocks, you have the tranquillity of the countryside yet just a 10 minute drive from the town of Rangiora, which offers visitors a host of eateries, bars and shops. You’ll enjoy the privacy of The Cottage entirely to yourself. Log burner/wood available at additional cost

Spacious & Warm Studio with Gorgeous Views

Come and enjoy a brand new 63m2 studio, with underfloor heating throughout. Full kitchen facilities, lounge with TV, Two Queen size beds which are in an open plan setting. Private deck with outdoor seating and rural views. We never tire of the 180 degree views of the Port Hills and beyond. Peaceful rural setting: 5km from Rangiora township, and 25 minutes from Christchurch city. Walking and biking tracks close by (Ashley Rakahuri Regional Park). 10 minutes drive to Waikuku Beach.

Cottage at Woodend

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern cottage. A walking distance from Woodend Beach (2.8km down the Jill Creamer trail) and a short drive to all the conveniences you may need, this quiet and well appointed cottage makes the perfect vacation place. Hosts live on site so are just a phone call away when needed however the cottage is completely private and separated from the main residence. Help yourself to apples and peaches when in season as well as eggs from the free range chickens.

Ashley Downs studio apartment

Escape to our warm, modern apartment nestled in a peaceful country setting, just 10 minutes from the charming boutique town of Rangiora. Enjoy the comfort of open-plan living, a well-equipped kitchenette, and separate bedroom. There is also a sofa bed for those who don't want to share. Sip your morning coffee on the sunny patio with stunning views of the downs stretching to the ocean. With a private entrance, and plenty of parking, it's the perfect retreat for relaxation and exploration.

The Shed

Escape to the country, and unwind in our newly renovated shed. Set in a peaceful rural area, only 10 minutes from Rangiora. The Shed has a lovely private deck overlooking the paddock and extensive views of the mountains, and breathtaking sunsets. Stargazing on a clear night is a must too. The Shed is bright, comfortable, Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Please note there is no Wifi available, but we do have a Chromecast plug in.

Cosy cottage in Goat Paradise.

Just 6 km from Oxford, 18 mins from SH 73 and 50 mins from ChCh Airport, this cottage offers a serene retreat. Enjoy panoramic views of Mount Oxford and a brilliant night-time starscape. Nestled on a large, private farm near the foothills, you can unwind in peace and enjoy the company of some adorable animal visitors. Relax on the verandah or by the cosy log burner, and take a stroll in the paddock to meet our friendly goats. We look forward to welcoming you to this piece of paradise.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. You are welcome to bring your pet but please keep them off the beds and furniture, to respect future guests.

Welcome to our tranquil oasis in the centre of Amberley. As you come through the gate you will feel transported into a completely different world, surrounded by beautiful natives and blooming cherry trees (in season). This character filled cottage was originally built in 1903, it's full of charm with many modern additions. The garden is very private, so much so that you can unwind and relax in the outdoor bath under the stars and no one will know.
