Welcome to THE PALMS Studio Kerikeri. Nestled among stunning private gardens surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland.

The Little Sanctuary

The Little Sanctuary is a perfect place to start your journey around Northland. Located in historic Waimate North, 5 minutes from Te Waimate Mission. Kerikeri or Paihia is 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes to Ngawha Hot Springs. The cabin is a self-contained unit (3x6 metres) with heating/air conditioning, surrounded by cottage gardens filled with flowers creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for you to unwind. Cereal, bread, milk, tea and coffee are provided for you to make breakfast.

Shepherds Shack

The cottage is private, with own entrance. Set on 3 acres of pasture, overlooking native bush with a river, waterfall and swimming hole. Feed our Wiltshire sheep. BBQ, portacot highchair available. Air conditioning. Situated 10 minutes from Kerikeri township and 5 minutes to shopping centre in Waipapa. Come and enjoy all that Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands can offer from our centrally located base. Our spacious 1-bedroom studio offers a lounge with kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making facilities (no cooktop or oven). We are more than happy to cater any meals on (timely) request. The studio is separated from the main home, and is adjoined with the garage. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a sunny, private deck out front.

The Back Paddock

Our beautiful self contained farmstay cottage has just been renovated giving extra space and a more private bedroom. The cottage is close to the house but very private, set on 43 acres with lovely rural views. We are just 8 kms from the quaint historical township of Kerikeri, and only 1 km from the Kerikeri airport. We are very central to all tourist attractions. It is an ideal destination, for peace and quiet after a busy day sightseeing, exploring or simply visiting the area.

Conifer Cottage, 8 km from Kerikeri village is a very spacious and comfortable self catering retreat that features a kitchenette, separate bathroom and laundry, large bedroom/lounge and a veranda including a bbq for enjoying outdoor meals.
