For comfort, the cottage has air-conditioning & heating with master bedroom fitted with a ceiling fan. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen, Weber BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine and Starlink wifi making your stay easy and comfortable. Equine facilities are available $20/day/horse.

Separate to the host's house, the studio is an ideal getaway for peace and tranquillity. Located near Carterton town centre and railway station.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With access to private river location and bush walks. A nice cosy cottage perfect for one or two. Relax with the calm surrounding sound of nature, river and native birdsong. Our eco cottage "The Snug" has been created with recycled materials, giving it a unique character. Some features The Snug included are a composting toilet, a small wood burner for warmth, and it overlooks a medicinal herb garden and some friendly animals see photos.

Our rural shed is a spacious self-contained getaway with sun and views of the surrounding countryside. It is best suited for 2 guests, but can accomodate 4, with a queen size bed upstairs and a fold-out sofa in the living room. A fold out bed is available for children. We stock the kitchenette with free range eggs, locally made bread, homemade jam, butter, milk, tea and coffee. There’s a BBQ available. We’re 5 minutes walk to the Carterton shops and near the railway station.

Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor covered BBQ area. Relax in the ~bath~ under the stars. We have a small dog (Lucy), sweet barky Huntaway (Ruby), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Lily) & August (cat). All very friendly. One small fur baby allowed. Please advise when booking.
