Enjoy this fully self-contained apartment (50㎡ + deck) with breathtaking views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. Perfect for a couple, it features a king bedroom separate from the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The space is ideally suited for two, but we’re happy to accommodate a third guest using the sofa bed in the living room. Just a 5-minute walk from the Church of the Good Shepherd and a 10-minute stroll to the village centre. WiFi, Netflix, and a free car park are included.

A luxurious holiday home with stunning views of lake and mountains to the north, west and east; and to the south, views over the Cairns golf course that adjoins the house. The living area has been designed to incorporate two separate spaces to maximise the views, with an open plan kitchen in the middle. 3 spacious, private heated bedrooms and bathrooms (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs). Outdoor areas are at the back, front and side of the house so there is always a sheltered spot to be outdoors.

D6 is a self-contained unit in the Wataki Lakes Apartments on the Alps to Ocean cycle trail, in the middle of the Waitaki Whitestone UNESCO Global Geopark & abutting the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve. Views of Mt Totara. Over the golf course is Lake Aviemore, popular for boating, with many walks nearby. Hot dry summers, crisp sunny autumn & spring, cold snowy winters. Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

This premium apartment has stunning views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountain ranges. Built above a garage space you have your own entrance to the loft. Modern and stylish design with a separate bedroom: king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. With a high ceiling this masterful open plan has a full kitchen and living area with large sliding doors allowing warmth and light to fill the room. The indoor/outdoor flow goes out onto a balcony where you can fully appreciate the vista.

D'Archiac Studio

D'Archiac Studio has a beautiful feel with views to the surrounding hills and mountains It is a very short walk to the village centre yet far enough away to be peaceful. The studio is downstairs in a residential home and has its own entrance and outdoor area with bbq. There is a small kitchenette with air fryer, cooktop and rice cooker. You are welcome to use the adjacent games room with pool table, table soccer, washing machine - these are shared with the owners who are upstairs.

Big Sky Apartment, Lake Tekapo: sunny and central

Big Sky Apartment is attached to our lovely lake-house in a great part of Tekapo. It is close to everything but quiet. There are stunning views of the mountains. We have Sky TV and free Wifi for your enjoyment. The apartment has its own separate entrance and a small outdoor patio including a table/chairs. Inside the apartment is a lounge-kitchenette, king bedroom and bathroom. It is doubled glazed, has heating/air conditioning and is equipped with everything travelers need.

Home Away from Home-Unit A5 Waitaki Lakes Aprtmnts

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Marytrickle in the Heart of the Dark Sky Reserve

Stay on working high country award winning merino sheep farm, in a modern private apartment. Apartment is on 2 levels, has a private entrance, outdoor space and free parking. Sheep and hens are next to the free car park. Swimming pool is a "cold" pool and is open in the summer months. Enjoy the STARS & uninterrupted night sky, with no town lighting pollution. Marytrickle is a perfect location for a base to explore the Mt Cook/Twizel/Lake Tekapo area has to offer.

Internet not high speed. There are no shops in Moeraki...nearest superette in Hampden 5km to the north. We don't supply milk.
