Easy access to Mad River Glen, Sugarbush, numerous nordic centers, golf courses, mountain biking trails, hiking and the Mad River for swimming and fishing. Close to numerous wedding venues including our neighbors the Round Barn Inn. Owners quarters are attached.

The Mountain House

Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.
