This modern 92 m² holiday flat offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with a touch of luxury on two floors! The accommodation is in a prime location right in Winterberg. The ski area with 27 kilometres of slopes, the Kappe adventure mountain, the bike park and the cosy centre of Winterberg are all within easy walking distance. The many hiking and mountain bike trails also invite you to explore them directly from your accommodation.  The bright living and dining room features a comfortable sofa, a modern TV and a large dining table that seats up to 6 people. From here, you also have direct access to the private terrace. Further highlights await you on the terrace: there you will find a jacuzzi for 2–4 people, a comfortable lounge set, a high-quality seating area with a table for 6 people and a Bastard BBQ Egg for cosy barbecue evenings. The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired: oven, dishwasher, hob, kettle, filter and Nespresso machine for your coffee enjoyment, as well as crockery and cutlery– everything is there to make you feel at home! The accommodation has three bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable box-spring beds. A modern bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as a separate guest toilet, provide additional comfort. A washing machine and freezer are also available in the heated storage room. For cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts, there is also secure storage for bicycles and ski equipment possible. The accommodation includes three parking spaces, so you can always park comfortably and with plenty of space. Pets: max. 2 dogs welcome. As a guest at Fichtenweg 36, you can also use the central facilities at the nearby UplandParcs Winterberg holiday park at Fichtenweg 12. This includes, for example, the reception there, the bread roll service, the playground and the e-charging stations on the premises. Please note that the electric charging stations are only located on the grounds of Fichtenweg 12 and are not directly at your accommodation.  Our accommodations are not suitable for groups/clubs and stag/hen parties/celebrations. In the event of noise disturbance, you may be denied access to the accommodation. We charge a deposit of two hundred euros per booking for groups of 6 or more people. The deposit does not apply if children are participating in the trip.  

Villa Neuastenberg Alexander 4

The villa Neuastenberg Alexander 4 is located in Winterberg and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The 123 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. On top of that, a private sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation.

Villa Libra ligt op een steenworp afstand van Winterberg en de skipistes. De villa heeft 4 slaapkamers met ieder een tweepersoons boxspring, 3 badkamers, een sauna, een hottub, een open haard en een kookeiland. De hoge raampartijen omlijsten het panorama uitzicht! De vertoonde prijzen zijn exclusief eur 150 schoonmaakkosten die zullen worden verrekend met de borg tijdens het uitchecken. De vertoonde prijzen zijn inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken, gas-water-licht en hout voor de open haard!

Haus am See Terrasse und Garten 250m zum See

Nimm die ganze Familie mit in diese tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz für Spaß und Unterhaltung. Ein Haus mit zwei Wohnungen die durch ein Treppenhaus erreichbar sind. Die Gäste können Ihren Morgen Kaffee auf den schönen Terrassen genießen, von denen ein schöner Blick in den grünen Garten geboten wird. Die Wohnungen sind komfortabel, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Wir empfehlen ein Besuch am Twistesee, so wie das Barock Schloß in Bad Arolsen.

106 Quadratmeter pure Glückseligkeit in traumhafter Hanglage mit einer überwältigender Blickbeziehung Richtung See und Berge! Die vollmassiven Familienbetten in beiden Schlafzimmern lassen eine oder sogar zwei ganze Familie(n) entspannter schlafen. An das großzügige Spielzimmer grenzt direkt die Dachterrasse mit bezaubernder Aussicht auf den See. Direkt in der ersten Reihe gelegen, erreichen Sie mit Leichtigkeit alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Badestrände rund um den Diemelsee.

Villa Vahl, vrijstaand groepshuis regio Winterberg

Geniet met vrienden of familie van ons prachtige vrijstaande huis nabij Winterberg. Met ruime kamers en een eigen tuin bieden wij plek voor maximaal 16 gasten. De eetkamer, woonkamer en keuken zijn voorzien van alle gemakken, er zijn meerdere badkamers en twee aparte toiletten. Geniet aan de grote tafel voor 16 personen. Gratis parkeergelegenheid is beschikbaar. Let op: geen feestlocatie, na 22:00 uur stilte buiten en geen harde muziek. U bent van harte welkom!

Villa die Sonne (max 21 p) met royale tuin

Met maximaal 21 personen maak je gebruik van vier ruime, zelfstandige appartementen van in totaal 350 m2. Ieder appartement heeft twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers, een keuken en een woonkamer. Eet samen in de eetkamer of op het terras. Een ongekende luxe van samen zijn met een grote groep en veel privacy in de appartementen. Ideaal voor meerdere gezinnen, vrienden of een bedrijfsuitje. De villa is niet geschikt voor luidruchtige groepen en feestgangers.

Villa Silberberg is een gloednieuw luxe vakantiehuis in Winterberg-Silbach. Met groot terras en luxe inrichting voorziet het in alle gemakken.​ De vertoonde prijzen zijn inclusief beddengoed, gas-water-licht,saunagebruik. De kosten ven handdoekenpakket (optioneel € 7,50 p.p.). Deze kosten zullen separaat worden overeengekomen en tijdens uitchecken naar gebruik in rekening worden gebracht.
