The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. Situated on the border of Rocky Mountain National Park, the area provides opportunities to observe wild life, ice fish, hike/bike, snowmobile, cross country ski, sled and snowshoe. You'll also be able to enjoy all the amenities of the town like live theater, parks, lakes and shopping. No pets, please.

Mountain View House

This spacious, family friendly house has amazing mountain views. You'll often see deer, moose, foxes, and other wildlife just beyond the fence in the backyard. Close to Rabbit Ears Pass, Buffalo Pass, Steamboat, Snowy Range, Gould, Cameron Pass, the sand dunes, and many other amazing outdoor adventures. We offer extra parking for snowmobile trailers, campers, etc. Non-ethanol fuel is located 2 blocks north of this property at Corkle Oil. We also offer a charger for electric vehicles.

The Bear Den

A great getaway on the Big Laramie River is waiting for you. If you are interested in fishing for trout the Big Laramie River is for you. When you stay at the Bear Den you have over 3 miles of access to river fishing. The Bear Den is secluded, newly remodeled, and nestled along the Big Laramie River. It affords numerous miles of hiking, ATV and snowmobile trails in Jelm BLM and in the Medicine Bow National Forest. The iconic Snowy Range Mountains are a short and scenic drive away.
