1 Bedroom steps to the Beach!

Tastefully decorated and furnished. Recently remodeled, one bedroom unit located just across the street from Old Orchard Beach. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the basic necessities for your stay. First floor unit, sleeps 4 people with one queen size bed and a queen size pull out couch. Perfect location, close to the Pier, downtown and Palace Playland Adventure. Please note that our unit is located near the train tracks that run thru OOB.

Dockside Cottage at Lookout Point

Our Ocean Side Cottage offers the best sunsets on the East Coast! This seasonal cottage is available Mid Apr thru Mid Oct. Due to customer requests, we are changing our 7 night stay from Sat to Sat to Sun to Sun during June, July and August with a 10% weekly or a 20% monthly discount available. We suggest a 7 night min stay as shorter rentals are not cost effective. Possible 4 night min pre and post season (Apr, May, Sep and Oct) rental. We accept reservations up to 12 months in advance.

Time for a beach vacation! Newly renovated studio apartment, right across the street from Pine Point! Stroll the seven miles of quiet, sandy, residential beach, or bring your bike for a quick ride to the Pier at Old Orchard Beach. Located nearby is a market and deli, restaurants, and a gift shop. #3 Couples Cottage Minutes from the Beach

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage #3 is a one-bedroom (king bed) recently renovated well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with modern decor. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Full size washer dryer. A private fenced patio with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk to the sandy beach. Yes we allow pets.

Luxury Beach Front Condo! Prime Location!

Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open. To simplify things and to be fair to those that instant book, we typically do not negotiate rates. Thank you!
