Beach House - A Perfect Sea View

We are happy to offer a private one bedroom apartment opposite the Point Lonsdale Front beach. Overlooking the bay, Port Phillip Bay heads and the shipping channels, the apartment is 10 years with modern fittings. The Apartment Fully self contained with a small kitchen, large dinning/ lounge area and private bed room with a comfortable queen bed. It has a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the water. Ideally sleeps 2 but can comfortably accommodate 4. There are two single divans in the lounge dining area. Across from the property is a safe swimming beach and within a short walk is the surf beach. Location Easy access to the village shopping centre ( 5 min walk) whereby you can access a supermarket, chemist and cafe's. Public transport is located in the village centre (bus services into Geelong). It is an Ideal for base to visit the surrounding areas have to offer- the Great ocean road, Queenscliff, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula. Point Lonsdale is located 1 and half hours drive from Melbourne or easy access from the Geelong train station via bus (30 min). Avalon airport is 45 min away with a shuttle bus service to Point Lonsdale. Please confirm for availability before making a reservation request as we do rent it out thru other outlets. "The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

A beautiful, perfectly situated getaway for one or two couples. Situated in the busy heart of Barwon Heads village, and a short stroll to the beautiful Barwon River beach. Stroll across the iconic Barwon River Bridge to access the stunning beaches of the Surf Coast; miles of walking, swimming and surfing... PLEASE NOTE: our apartment is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE or anyone with mobility issues because it is accessed by a relatively steep internal staircase.

Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage is a cosy , fully self contained cottage, totally private and separate from the main house, in a beautiful garden setting perfect for sitting and relaxing. The cottage has a full kitchen, stocked with pantry staples and everything you'll need to prepare a lovely meal if desired. A comfortable lounge/living room and bathroom with separate toilet are also downstairs. Up stairs is a generous bedroom with queen bed, ample storage, and a trundle bed for a little one.

Spacious, self contained 2 bedroom house with two secure outdoor garden/dining areas, full size kitchen and open dining and living area. All linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.

Hit the beach or town centre in a 4 minute drive from this quiet, cosy studio. Hear the birds singing as you wake to your breakfast basket provided on arrival. Locally sourced produce includes Adelia muesli, sourdough, LardAss butter, sparkling water, juice, milk and jam. Relax the afternoon away in your cosy lounge or outdoor area with a local wine you have picked up on your adventures. On cooler evenings enjoy the warmth of your outdoor firepit.

Situated on Hitchcock Avenue in the heart of Barwon Heads, Now&Then is Ideal for couples or small families. Just a short stroll down Hitchcock Avenue will bring you to the heart of the village with restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The river and beach also being at your doorstep, just a short walk away. Whilst situated on the main strip it is far enough away from the shopping precinct to provide the relaxation that your holiday requires.

Beachwood Cottage Ocean Grove

Set on 1 acre amongst beautiful native bush land this cosy cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind! Our home is also situated on the property whilst guests enjoy their own private driveway. We are a short drive to the Ocean Grove town centre and main beach. A stroll away from the cottage you will find a gorgeous nature reserve brimming with local wildlife. You’re friendly pet is welcome to stay at the cottage by arrangement.

Beautifully renovated heritage building by the sea

Nestled between the Main Street and Queenscliff’s beautiful beaches lies Navestock. Over 100 years old Navestock was once a woodwork shed that has been recently renovated. Due to the heritage of the building no built in cooking facilities are available but our breakfast bar features a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery. If you’re after coastal luxury in the heart of historic Queenscliff Navestock is the place for you.
