The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. Village location. 1 pub that does great food. 2x General stores. Larger shops within 15 mins. Lots of walking in the local area across the Wolds (AOAB). Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.

Kingsley Glamping Pods - The Beech Pod

A luxurious self-contained glamping pod in the garden of our family home. Located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB) the Beech Pod is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a relaxing getaway or to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. The pod has access to an indoor heated hot-tub. We are dog-friendly, and charge an extra fee of £30 for your stay (maximum of 2 dogs).

The Saddlehouse at Wykeham

Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxurious hideaway in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our Saddlehouse is set to the side of the farmyard of our working farm and is metres away from the Viking Way footpath. A perfect retreat for walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is situated on a dead-end lane and boasts gorgeous uninterrupted views of the wolds. Sadly unsuitable for infants or children.
