Free usage of our 2 bikes! 1 bedroom condo with 620 total sq ft, nearly 2x the size of most studio condos nearby. Excellent location in Seacrest and 200-300 yards west of Rosemary green space. Condo has four windows which can be opened to overlook the Seacrest square. Seacrest Beach access is about a 10 minute walk or a convenient shuttle ride which is provided seasonally. Free use of two pools (one heated year round) and hot tub. King sized bed. Queen size sleeper sofa plus air mattress.

And for that extra need, the gray chaise pulls out to a full...this is the lounger in the loft area you can see in our photos. From our top floor balcony, you have a view of the Gulf and Deer Lake. The walk is short.
