The 1rst room has 1 queen size bed, the 2nd room has 2 twin beds, living room has a couch and 65" tv and includes wifi. The building is smoke free and has a private entrance and parking at the door.

Off the grid cabin only 15 minutes from Sudbury. Water access only a boat/kayak/canoe is needed. 300ft from the boat launch. Includes a sectional couch that turns into a double bed, with bedding. BBQ, Fire pit, flushable outhouse, outdoor shower, outdoor dinning area with incredible views of the sunset. Equipped with aĺl cooking necessities. Water is supplied in barrels from the river to do dishes, and shower however; you will need to bring drinking water.
