River Minka

Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. We invite you to come join us at 'The Shed on Ziegler'. This studio apartment is tucked at the back of our property. Situated in Allansford, we are a stones throw away from the Great Ocean Road, a short 200 metre walk to the local pub and milk bar, close to the Freckled Duck bakery, a quick drive to the Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory, just down the road is the Warrnambool Speedway and a short 5-10 minute drive to the Warrnambool CBD.

Sunsets in the West

Sunsets in the West is located in West Warrnambool - just a few minute drive from the town centre, the beach and most other local attractions. The house was built in the 60’s and has been a renovation project of ours for a few years now. It’s a cosy 3 bedroom home that would suit a family on a seaside holiday, a group of friends travelling the Great Ocean Road or perhaps someone needing short term accommodation in town for work reasons.
