Bedding configuration consists of 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk beds makes it comfortable sleeping for 10 people. Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen or use the large outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun or get a cinematic feel or play some pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided. However for the adventurous type there are lots of places to walk to. Fish at the local beaches go crabbing or golf at 2 courses

This 3 bedroom one bathroom renovated house is located 10 min walk from the Mandurah foreshore and is central to cafes, shopes,walkways and local entertainment. Loads of parking for boats or caravans. Come home for a good night sleep with quality beds with high thread count sheets. Great for people with food intolerances or allergies as tiles throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare those special meals. Small house trained dogs may be allowed on request.
