Well-Designed Wooded Cabin near lake and hiking

Designed for families as a relaxing spot to get away from the hustle & bustle of life, the "Hillside Hideaway" is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin perched on a hill in southeastern Missouri with a gorgeous sunset view from the screen porch. We have a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, fire pit, and plenty of toys and games for the whole family. It is just a couple of miles to a sandy swimming beach at Lake Wappapello, the boat ramp at Chaonia Landing, and many hiking trails in Lake Wappapello State Park.

Secluded Cabin on BlackRiver/ Hot tub- NO PETS!

This is our family cabin. Our family farms soybeans, rice, and corn. We are too busy working during spring, summer, and some of fall to enjoy our cabin much. We are wanting to share our beautiful place for others to enjoy. It is located approximately 10 minutes from Poplar Bluff, MO. We live about 30 minutes away, so we can be available if needed. We have satellite TV and wi-fi. Cabin is pretty secluded nestled among the trees with the Black River flowing within 100 feet of the deck.

This guesthouse is located on the grounds of an historic, 1898, Dexter home. While a studio floor plan, it offers a queen bed, living room area, a small bathroom and a kitchenette. There is a smart TV, internet, a small fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The decor is a warm, cottage theme that is changed with the seasons. A small porch offers outdoor seating for 2. The home has a large deck, stairs to the river, and beautiful new furniture inside this spacious home. The outside features patio furniture and a wood pellet BBQ grill that is perfect for your getaway. The home has 4 bedrooms (plus sectional, and king air mattress) and 3 full baths. It sleeps 15 people including the king air mattress.
