Jacky Winter Waters: Meditative beachfront retreat

A private house & creative refuge overlooking Victoria’s spectacular South Gippsland coastline, engulfed by majestic limestone cliffs upon the shore of a famously magic beach. Ideally sized for 1-2 people to comfortably retreat to, (+ an additional 1-2 people in our new bell tent) Jacky Winter Waters is luxuriously minimal & dog friendly with an unrivalled view of Wilsons Prom & direct beach access. Back Beach House

Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Private Beachfront Oasis

**Please note property description regarding guest numbers (specifically seperate cottage & house use)** @watersedgephillipisland Our oasis is a quiet gem nestled among century old Manuka trees boasting some of the best sunset views on Phillip Island. A quiet close knit neighbourhood, the property is a cosy retreat that soaks up the northern views with ample indoor cover for the cooler months. Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

The Beachfront

5 mins across nature reserve to the beach (gentle surf) and views of Wilsons Prom. Modern, clean and easy to maintain. TV with HDMIs, CD player. Air Con/heater, wood stove. Sleeps 9 - 3 doubles, 3 singles with more on fold out couch. Table tennis room, playground across the road, lots of outdoor play space, wood burner, wifi, outdoor BBQ, shops and fuel minutes away. Walk to patrolled beach in summer. Shallow inlet 15 mins drive with boat launching, protected wind surfing and great walking.

Garden Courtyard & Ensuite: Poet's Corner Cottage

The Beachhouse - Pet Friendly

The Beachhouse is warm and welcoming. It is private and very close to the beach and general store. Pet friendly is a big factor with off leash beach access only a short walk away. We provide bed linen and bath towels, a well stocked pantry, coffee machine and pods to keep you caffeinated. The Beachhouse is easy to clean and maintain, even if you have a dog. A great venue to relax in a beach environment, or as a base to explore the superb walks and scenery of Wilsons Prom.

The Bees Knees at Venus Bay: Back to analogue

Escape the digital grind and go analogue in this charming home with VHS, CD, and LaserDisc players. Don’t tell the kids there’s Wi-Fi - let them explore nature walks, and spot kangaroos and wallabies instead. With space for two families, the house offers loads of fun for kids who won’t miss their screens. We are nestled beside farmland and minutes from Venus Bay, it backs onto majestic dunes leading to an 8-minute bush walk to the ocean for swimming, fishing, and play.
