Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.

Welcome to Wombat Rest, a cosy off-grid tiny house nestled on an acre block in a quiet residential street of the Yarra Valley. Located 15 minutes from Warburton, this little gem is the perfect spot for retreating to the peace of the bush, only a short drive from beautiful Yarra Valley wineries. This property is a mere 3 minutes up the hill from Warburton village but feels much more tucked away. There are two buildings here which were thoughtfully built to face in opposite directions for maximum privacy. Lots to see on the grounds including the creek and lush gardens. If you want to venture further on foot or by mountain bike you will find you are very near the 30 km long O'Shannassy Aqueduct trail and the Warburton trail which goes as far as Lilydale.

Our house is newly constructed and is situated on 2 acres of slopping land. It boasts sweeping views of the Yarra Ranges from every room. Warburton's walking and bike trails, cafes, restaurants and shops are all within a 10 minute walk. The space is ideal for families or to just unwind for the weekend. Rafting, hiking, biking, a tour of the Yarra Valley wineries or drive to Mt. Donna Buang and the redwoods are just a few things you can do all year round.
