Edgewater Retreat

You will love this large, sunny 6 bedroom house overlooking the Orewa Estuary which also backs onto a large reserve that has one of the Coast's best skate parks. There is also an adorable little playhouse to keep the little one’s entertained. SKY, Netflix available too. With only 5 mins flat stroll to the beautiful safe swimming beach of Orewa and only 7 minutes flat walk to the many Bars, Restaurants and shops of Orewa Beach, you will rarely need to use the car. Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.
