Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Edge of village location, private and quiet

Coquet Way is a comfortable and newly decorated bungalow, in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of Warkworth village. It is a short walk along the river or by the castle, to the village where you will find independent shops, local pubs and restaurants. Coquet Way is also close to the many delights of Northumberland, including sandy beaches, impressive castles and stunning countryside. Peaceful Detached Home with Northumbrian Views

Charlton Gate is an imposing two bedroomed, two bathroom detached Northumbrian Stone House set within the Newton Estate and surrounded by private gardens and stunning views. The house is a perfectly placed to explore the Northumberland National Dark Sky Park and Kielder Water, just 20 minutes away. The Boe Rigg restaurant and bar is a 10-minute stroll away and a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found in the traditional market town of Bellingham just two miles away.

The lounge is upstairs in order to benefit from the views of the estuary; the kitchen is downstairs, patio doors give access to private outside area. Go through the gate and you will find a park by the river.
