Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. We're 1/2 mile from a large shopping area with restaurants, grocery stores, ice rink, large theatre, and hotel. You will enter through our front door and go down 4 stairs into your unit with a well-insulated locked door. It's soundproof; you may only hear my footsteps during the day when I am working from home. Welcome to our beloved oasis!
