Make some lakeside memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage.The Lakeside Cottage (house) is located right on Malletts Bay (Lake Champlain) in Colchester, Vermont. The amazing views can be seen from every room in the cottage. There is a beautiful deck complete with patio furniture and outdoor dining area. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is one full bathroom and a 1.5 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests.

Swim, kayak, hike, bike, play in the water, fish, relax. Nordic & Alpine ski in the winter, ice fish, etc! 20 minutes from Middlebury. Must love animals- your entrance crosses our yard and you may be greeted by dogs, cats and sometimes even a chicken or two. Friendly VT owners live upstairs.

Situated just off the causeway bike path, you'll have access to miles of biking and walking trails. Downtown Burlington is just a 15-minute drive away.

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
