The home has a variety of entertainment such as board games, ping pong table, tv's & pool.

Round Top Ranch Retreat-Pickleball Court!

Come enjoy the solitude of a rustic country escape with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The 19 acre property includes a pool, pickleball + basketball court, and full kitchen. But, we are not a fancy ranch, we are a rural country escape! We do our best with regular pest control, but you may encounter unwanted country intruders like scorpions, spiders, or even an occasional mouse. Please book elsewhere if that’s outside your comfort zone!

Molly Cabin, sleeps four with two bedrooms and one bath, walk-in shower, full kitchen with oven, full size refrigerator w/ice maker, farm sink, disposal and coffee pot. Front and back porches, plus private outdoor shower for enjoying under the stars. Parking area next to cabins. Our cabins are located on 17 acres with Longhorns that live on the property .Only 3 1/2 miles to lively Round Top!

Yellow Bird Guesthouse

Exclusive Round Top property, located minutes from the center of town. Recently built, stand alone guesthouse located on a tree lined 10 acre estate. Guesthouse is loft styled and perfect for a weekend getaway or for longer stays as well. Sleeps up to three. You'll feel like you're on a vacation and at home at the same time. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Completely remodeled 1890’s farmhouse located in Warrenton behind Zapp Hall. It is 4 miles from Round Top. Marburger Farm is only a mile and Junk Gypsy is 3 miles. It is walking distance to all of Warrenton. During the antique show you are next to all the great shopping.
