At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. Located on the shores of beautiful Pittwater in Refuge Cove this free standing boathouse includes all facilities, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with Microwave, fridge, Nespresso, BBQ etc. Direct access to waterfront. Swim in the bay or explore the foreshore of Refuge Cove. Use of two single person kayaks available.
