Maximum guests - 2 * Evan and Sue are in residence in the upper apartment, it is totally separate and your privacy is respected.

A short walk to the beach, the Deep Blue Day Spas ( natural hot springs) and skatepark. Minutes away from the Lake Pertobe playground/ and bbq’s. Mini golf just a step away. There are some great restaurants not too far away. 20 minute walk to Flagstaff maritime village and another 5 minutes and you are in the city centre.

The second bathroom is conveniently located just outside bedroom 2 and 3 Downstairs is a beautiful modern kitchen with stacker doors that open onto a private sheltered courtyard. The laundry is incorporated in the garage. There is also wifi and Netflix provided.

Brigadoon - Central Art Deco house in CBD

Welcome to Brigadoon - "A building you find by accident that is magical" This 1920’s Artdeco sandstone home is close to everything, it is centrally located and just a 150m stroll to restaurants, shops, 2km to beaches, 200m from hospital and Train station is just 450m walk. Brigadoon has a renovated with fully equipped Kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with polished boards. Outside has an enclosed backyard, large deck to soak up the sun along with a WeberQ if a BBQ is on the menu.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Charlie Charming Unit close to Pea Soup Beach

Welcome to our humble little home by the beach. Charlie is situated 2 blocks from Pea Soup Beach and is an easy 5 minute stroll. An approximate 10-15 minute walk into town with easily marked tracks through the park. Your evenings can be spent relaxing outside on a very large decked area where you can listen to the ocean rolling in. The deck is accessible through the door in the laundry. The BBQ is also there for your use.

Located in central Warrnambool, Holbrook Central is a modern and stylish home, tucked away in a quiet modern neighbourhood. The property is all on one level, with a very large single garage. Parking is free & secure. Key in lockbox for self check in. In walking distance to the beach promenade leading to Warrnambool's beaches and the superb Lake Pertobe playground, and the CBD shops, cafes & restaurants.

South Beach Hut - Port Fairy

South Beach Hut is a standalone unit in a quiet and family-friendly beachside court. The unit sits to the side of the main house with its own entrance, car park and courtyard. The beach is at the end of the street, meaning you can hear the waves from the front door! If you have any specific needs, please ask. We aim to welcome guests from all walks of life.
